I've been dealing with them since December of 2024. In the beginning everything was fine I made my payments on time every month and there was someone in the office to accept the payment. Both of this particular month I have been sick and I have been trying to call you guys even before the first of the month came in. I called the number given it always said that you guys were either on the phone or away from the desk no one ever called me back. Then I go today to make a payment in the office is closed early. So I need to know what to do I I can't communicate with anyone to let anyone know what's going on I can't get anyone to call me back.“
